At Emerson’s Ridge Tool Company (RIDGID) (Fortune #120), he served as a leader of new business development, product line management,  and marketing & brand communications. In addition he spent 3 years living in Belgium leading the Marketing and Product teams within EMEA. 


During his time at Valmont Industries (Fortune #726), Matt spearheaded product development initiatives by actively integrating the Voice of the Customer into the innovation process. He emphasized simplifying technology for customers, ensuring user-friendly solutions that enhance operational efficiency. 


Matt’s expertise lies in aligning product strategies with customer needs, driving growth through innovative solutions, and leading digital transformations to modernize marketing operations. Matt's experience spans the Industrial Trades, Energy & Communication Markets, Agriculture and Non-for-Profit organizations.


In addition, Matt offers his services in the form of Fractional Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer leadership positions.
